More Details:

• Vouchers can be used at any of our clinics, valid for 4 years from purchase.
• After purchasing, you will receive an email with an order number. This order number will be your unique voucher number. To use the voucher, you will just need to bring the receipt into the clinic so we can track the voucher number.
• You may use the voucher all at once in a visit, or you may use part of the voucher, and the remaining value will be stored in our system for your next visit.
• If you are purchasing the voucher for someone else, in the Checkout, please tick the box “Add a note to your order” and let us know who the voucher is for, and please forward the email receipt to your loved one so they can bring it in to us at their appointment.
